2. About Me

3. Products

I create handmade fashion jewellery using upcycled and reclaimed materials, including recycled aluminium coffee pods.

Each piece is individually handcrafted, making every item unique. Slight variations in colour, pattern, texture or finish are an inherent characteristic of handmade and upcycled products and should not be regarded as faults or defects.

I make every effort to ensure product descriptions and photographs accurately represent each item. However, colours may vary depending on individual screen settings.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

I reserve the right to amend prices at any time, although changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

โ€‹

If an obvious pricing error occurs, I reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

5. Payment

Payment must be received before an order is dispatched.

Payments are processed securely through the payment providers available on this website. I do not store your payment card details.

6. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Your order is accepted when I dispatch your goods.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

  • a product is unavailable

  • payment cannot be authorised

  • fraudulent activity is suspected

  • an obvious pricing or description error has occurred

7. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only.

I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities or events beyond my reasonable control.

Ownership of the goods passes to you once payment has been received in full and the goods have been delivered.

8. Consumer Rights, Returns and Refunds

If you are purchasing as a consumer, your rights are protected by UK consumer legislation.

You may have the right to cancel your order within the applicable cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unless an exemption applies, such as for personalised or custom-made items.

You are also entitled to remedies if goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.

Please contact me promptly if you experience any issue with your purchase so I can work with you to resolve it.

9. Handmade and Upcycled Materials

My jewellery celebrates sustainability by transforming discarded materials into wearable art.

Because reclaimed materials are used, minor marks, variations or natural imperfections may be visible and form part of the design and character of the finished piece.

These characteristics are intentional and are not considered manufacturing defects.

10. Jewellery Care

To maximise the lifespan of your jewellery:

  • Store items in a dry place when not in use.

  • Handle with reasonable care.

Damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.

11. Safety Information

My jewellery is intended for adults and older children unless otherwise stated.

Jewellery contains small components and is not a toy. It should be kept out of the reach of babies and young children as it may present a choking hazard.

Customers should inspect jewellery regularly and discontinue use if any part becomes loose or damaged.

If you have known allergies or sensitivities to metals or other materials, please read product descriptions carefully or contact me before purchasing.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, product designs, logos and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Coffee Pod Creations and is protected by intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

13. Customer Reviews, Photos and Testimonials

I welcome reviews and photographs shared by customers.

If you voluntarily provide reviews, testimonials or photographs, you retain ownership of your content.

By submitting such material, you grant me permission to display and use it on my website, social media channels and marketing materials for the purpose of promoting my business.

If you later wish me to stop using your content in future publications, please contact me and I will remove it from future use within a reasonable time where practicable.

  • infringe the rights of others

I reserve the right to restrict access where misuse is suspected.

15. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity or loss of data arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

My total liability in relation to any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to that claim, except where the law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
