Shipping Policy

Shipping

Every piece of jewellery is handmade to order in my studio in Hampshire.

Please allow up to 3 working days for me to make your jewellery before it is dispatched.

Once your order has been posted, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. If you haven't received this email within a few days of placing your order, please get in touch and I'll be happy to check the status of your order.

Delivery

Standard Delivery (Free)

I offer free standard delivery on all UK orders using Royal Mail.

Please note that Royal Mail Second Class delivery is currently taking longer than many customers expect. While I dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are outside my control once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail.

If you need your jewellery by a particular date, you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for a faster, fully tracked service.

Where I ship?

I currently ship to England, Scotland and Wales only.

Due to recent international legislation and tariffs, I am unable to ship internationally from this website.

If you are shopping from overseas, please visit my Etsy shop, where international shipping is available for selected destinations.

Returns & Refunds

I hope you love your jewellery, but if you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.

  • It must be returned in its original condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Unless your item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. I recommend using a tracked postal service, as I cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed once I have received and inspected the returned item. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or I have made an error with your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Every piece is carefully checked before it leaves my studio. If your jewellery arrives damaged or develops a fault due to a manufacturing issue, please contact me as soon as possible.

I may ask you to provide photographs of the item so I can assess the fault before arranging a replacement, repair or refund.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or damage caused by improper care are not considered faults.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact me first so we can discuss the available options.

Exchanges are subject to stock and the returned item meeting the conditions outlined above.
