Shipping Policy

How long does it take to process an order?

Coffee Pod Creations Shipping and Order Details

I try to get all orders made, packed and processed in 2-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays).  I make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible but as it's only me running my small business, sometimes in busy periods (e.g. Christmas) the processing time may be longer.  
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details.  If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or contact me for confirmation

Where do you ship to?

I am located in Hampshire and use Royal Mail for postage.  Unless requested at the check-out, I use standard second class postage.

There is an option at the check-out for an upgrade to first class.

Domestic and International Shipping Rates

I use Royal Mail for all orders

UK Standard Shipping: £1.50.  Upgrade to first class postage for £2.  Free standard shipping on all orders over £20.   

International Shipping: £10-15. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. 

If you haven't received your order with 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at and I will look into it.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

At Coffee Pod Creations I pride myself on making items which are not only excellent value but also high quality. However, I understand that there might be the odd occasion when there may be something wrong with the item you ordered. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help.   • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.  ​You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  

  • If the item arrives faulty, I am happy to offer you a replacement, exchange or refund. You may be required to prove that the jewellery was faulty when it was delivered.

  • The item may need to be returned to me prior to any action being taken.


Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received it.  I will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund.  Further details may be required.
